Indulge in the perfect combination of sweet, crunchy, and gooey with these Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars. A layer of graham crackers provides the base for a heavenly blend of marshmallows, caramel, and Butterfinger bites, finished off with a decadent chocolate drizzle. 


Ingredients:

- Graham crackers: 6 ½ sheets

- Mini marshmallows: 2 cups

- Caramel bits (or unwrapped caramels): 1 (11 oz) bag

- Milk: 2 tablespoons

- Butterfinger bites, coarsely chopped: 1 (10 oz) bag

- Semi-sweet chocolate, for drizzle: 2 ounces


Directions:

1. Prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly coat the foil with cooking spray.

2. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer at the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed to fit.

3. Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows over the graham crackers.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the caramel bits and milk until fully melted.

5. Gently pour and spread the melted caramel over the marshmallows, ensuring even coverage.

6. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped Butterfinger pieces over the caramel layer, pressing them down into the marshmallow-caramel mixture.

7. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it over the top of the Butterfinger layer.

8. Refrigerate the pan until set, about 1 hour.

9. Once chilled, lift the bar out of the pan using the foil overhangs, slice, and enjoy!
