 MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE


INGREDIENTS


4 eggs

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of melted butter

1 cup of milk

2 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup chocolate powdered

2 tablespoons of baking powder


Method:


Mix well all 4 eggs, sugar, butter and milk, then add wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder,

mix again. Grease a mold with butter and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes

NOTE: after baking, dip the cake with a simple chocolate syrup (1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix everything and soak)

INGREDIENTS FOR MOUSE:

1 cup of passionfruit juice concentrate

1 Can of Condensed Milk

1/2 box of cream

1 cup of powdered milk

MOUSE PREPARATION METHOD:

Beat everything in a blender until very creamy and then pour it over cake. Leave it chill for 3 hours and then it's just good
